This website will help you familiarise with the government’s protocols and policies in aged care. You may also use this resource to compare service inclusions, accommodation rates and other important details.

Fees and Charges

Moving to an aged care facility requires financial planning. This will help you get an idea about the aged care costs, including accommodation and other expenses.

Centrelink

This will help you get more information on social security payments. It provides easy access to your social security accounts and other requirements. It even allows you to set up an online account and manage your payment or service at the comfort of your home.

Aged Care Complaints Commissioner

This allows you to file a report or forward your concerns about your aged care provider. It also provides the latest news and updates in the aged care industry.

Alzheimer's Association

This provides comprehensive information about Alzheimer’s disease, including symptoms, diagnosis and the required care and treatment.

This gives you more details about Palliative Care, including the best treatment options. Using this resource is a good opportunity to weigh your options and find the right aged care provider.

Our staff management will also conduct a brief orientation so residents and their families are well informed about our approach. We can even give you a tour to our facility so you can observe the culture and environment. This is a good opportunity for you to learn more about our programs.

Placed in a suggestion box located outside the DON’s office and near the notice boards on both floors or

Given to DON or QA.

In addition to Improvement Forms you may discuss issues of concern directly with the Registered Nurse in Charge or at Resident meetings.
